Who needs the processed and fried chicken nuggets at McDonalds when you can make your own healthy version!? πŸŸπŸ—

RecipeπŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡
- 2 slices Ezekiel bread (toasted twice)
- 2 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- dash of salt
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast (vegan/dairy free alternative to cheese that is high in protein!)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375F
1. Blend ingredients in processor
2. Coat chicken in egg whites
3. Roll chicken in breadcrumbs
4. Cook at 375F till cooked! (Longer to get them crispy)
